Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours by Priority or Global Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. Priority Shipping is a fast yet economical shipping method, so after you receive your shipping confirmation expect to receive your items in 2-3 days for US orders or around a week for International Orders.

Sample orders are shipped regular first class or air mail and can take 2-3 weeks to receive.

Rest assured we make every effort to get your orders to you quickly and safely. Sorry but we are not responsible for (or required to replace) orders lost in transit.
We recommend you purchase all items using regular orders (NOT samples). Regular orders are trackable, and orders over $100 are insured FREE. Therefore if you do not receive your package, we at least have the ability to help in trying to locate it. Samples are not trackable and not insured- and in our experience seem to be lost more often in transit. So if you order samples, and they are lost, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to help.

Please remember, due to sanitary reasons, once our products leave our facility we can not accept returns.
